Screen lock

To display the time permanently, go to the setting above and set "Screen lock" to "Deactivated" (which is also the default setting).

It is currently not possible to display the time in the device's lock screen - it's not possible technically!
We kindly ask you not to give us a bad review because of this. If you know how to achieve this, please contact us at:

Workaround iOS

Use the so called "Guided Access", which allows you to put your device into a single app mode, displaying only one app. How to turn this mode on and off can be found here:
Use Guided Access with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Workaround Android

Starting with Android 5 (Lollipop) you can pin app screens. Once an app has been pinned, only that app can be used. How to turn this mode on and off can be found here:
Pin and unpin screens

Display this app on a TV/monitor

If you have access to an Apple TV you can transmit the device screen using AirPlay (for Android you require an app that supports AirPlay, keyword "mirroring").
Android users owning a Chromecast stick, can transmit the device screen using Chromecast (which is not possible with Apple devices).
